Since our formation in 2007, Mosaic has grown rapidly year on year, with increasing numbers of organisations and individuals turning to us to deliver the services they require. This is testimony to the quality of service provided by our managers and staff to the people who use our services and to purchasers. In 2011 we acquired Ainsdales Northwest Ltd, an established support and care provider of Domiciliary Care based Northwest England. Mosaic won Employer of the year with The Great British Care Awards
Working with our customers
We currently hold extensive contracts with purchasers (generally local authorities and primary care trusts), as well as more than 300 children with disabilities accessing our Short Breaks and Respite Care Provision. We also provide services to people who hold their own individual budgets.

As a privately owned company, we are able to grow in a planned and controlled way, ensuring the highest quality of service is delivered and maintained. This offers confidence and stability to those who use our services, carers and purchasing authorities. Our Board has endorsed our significant investment in Mosaic’s infrastructure which will help us meet the demands of 21st century social care provision.

Over the last 18 months they have been involved with 2 children who's development is greatly impacted on by their social and play/leisure time activities. Both children's complex needs could easily socially isolate them.
