Make a referral

All referrals are considered on an individual basis and following:

• Pre-Admission Assessment - of our ability to meet the needs of the young person.
• Impact Assessment - taking into account are the needs of the young people already living within the particular home for which the young person is being considered.

Admission to Mosaic Residential Care is a planned process to be achieved over a two week period. However, Mosaic can offer same day placements within its emergency / short term resources.
